What is Covered
• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
• Structural integrity of the frame under normal use
• Standard hardware performance under normal conditions
What is Not Covered
• Damage caused by misuse, impact, or forced entry
• Normal wear and tear over time
• Damage caused by improper installation (if not installed by us)
• Corrosion or deterioration due to environmental conditions (e.g. coastal areas, harsh weather)
• Changes in appearance such as minor fading, discolouration, or surface wear
Maintenance Requirements
Regular care and maintenance is required to ensure the longevity of your product. Failure to properly maintain your screen door may affect warranty coverage.
