Warranty Coverage
Our warranty covers defects relating to workmanship and installation of products supplied and installed by Screens2You.
If a fault occurs due to installation or workmanship, we will inspect the product and determine the appropriate solution.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse or accidental impact
• Damage caused by attempted break-ins or forced entry
• Lack of proper cleaning or maintenance
• Environmental factors such as coastal corrosion, salt exposure, or chemical exposure
• Alterations, repairs, or modifications carried out by third parties
• Normal wear and tear over time
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
